RETURNS & EXCHANGES


All sales are final. illykins co. does not accept returns and/or exchanges. Please read the item descriptions carefully before purchasing! Please contact me if you received the wrong items, are missing items in your order or if items received are not as described per the grading policies. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

illykins co is not responsible for shipping carrier errors or lost and stolen packages. Once the package is dropped off at USPS, it is out of my control. Please contact your local post office if you have any issues. If the item received is not consistent with the grading policy, please use the contact form or email me directly. Please provide pictures of the packaging as well as the items received and I will see what I can do.

SHIPPING


All packages will be shipped from Virginia, through USPS First Class Package service unless otherwise noted and will have tracking numbers. Orders consisting only of stickers will be shipped as First Class Letters and will not have tracking numbers.

Orders will be packed and shipped no later than 5 business days after the order was placed. Exceptions to this are orders that include pre-order items that are not yet in hand and will be held until the pre-order item arrives.

INTERNATIONAL: illykins co. will not be responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes/etc. that have incurred based on your countries rules and regulations. 

UK: As of January 1, 2021, the UK is implementing new regulations on VAT fees. If you purchase from my shop and are based in the UK, I will refund your order, place a hold on the item, and create a custom listing on Etsy which will auto-calculate the VAT fees. Unfortunately this means that the cost of items will increase so please be absolutely sure you wish to purchase the item as Etsy charges a listing fee per item. You will have 48 hours to purchase the item once I list it, otherwise I will return the stock to my shopify inventory.

SHIPPING DELAYS: Due to COVID-19, you may experience delays in delivery.

COMBINING SHIPPING & ORDER HOLDS: If you make multiple orders and the first order has not shipped yet, shoot me an email and I can combine the shipping and refund the remaining any shipping overage. If you want your order held to combine with another order, please email me immediately. 

 

GRADING POLICY

A Grade:
These will be our best quality pins. When looking at the face of the pin at arms length, the front of pin is free of major defects. This is a handmade item so flaws can occur such as very minor scratches due to the polishing process, a few stray pieces of glitter, slightly underfilled/overfilled enamel and so on. Any flaws will be barely noticeable unless you are looking up close.

B Grade:
These will have some minor defects that are noticeable at arms length. These can include things like (but not limited to) stray glitter, underfilled or overfilled enamel, minor screenprinting errors and more noticeable scratches or scuffs. Overall these are flaws that do not impact the intended look of the pin, but you can expect flaws somewhere in the pin.

C Grade:
These will have major defects that are noticeable at arms length. These can include large scratches, missing plating/enamel fill or glitter, nicks, discoloration in the plating or enamel, peeling or bubbling enamel and etc.

OR

Standard:
These will be our best quality pins of the batch. When looking at the face of the pin at arms length, the front of pin is free of major defects. This is a handmade item so flaws can occur such as minor scratches or waves in the enamel due to the polishing process, small specks of dust, a few stray pieces of glitter, slightly underfilled/overfilled enamel, very small pricks/nicks in the non-prominent areas and so on. Any flaws will be barely noticeable unless you are looking up close or tilting the pin to view at different angles. Overall these are flaws that do not impact the intended look of the pin, but you can expect minor flaws somewhere in the pin.

Seconds:
These will have major defects that are noticeable at arms length. These can include large scratches, missing plating/enamel fill or glitter, larger nicks, discoloration in the plating or enamel, peeling or bubbling enamel and etc.

P4P GRADING POLICY

Standard:
These will be our best quality pins of the batch. When looking at the face of the pin at arms length, the front of pin is free of major defects. PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-orders are guaranteed the best pins of the batch and are discounted from retail/in-hand pricing. Some minor modifications may be made to design for production reasons, we will do our best to share any changes. Pre-orders can take up to 3-4 months to be produced and additional time for shipping to you. Please do not purchase a pre-order pin if you are not willing to wait. We will have in-hands available for purchase later. If your purchase includes both pre-order and in-hand items, your order will be held until all items are in hand. If you prefer to have in-hand items shipped immediately, please purchase these items separately. Pre-orders are non-refundable.
